Brick Cleaning

R&C Master Cleaning Services provides only the best quality when it comes to detailed pressure washing. It is our job to remove all mud, paint, or other stains that cover the exterior brick around the building. We use biofriendly chemical solutions to make sure this service meets the highest standards.

Breezeway Cleaning

From top to bottom, we make sure each breezeway is spotless, using the same biofriendly chemical solutions as previously mentioned. After washing, we check inside each unit and mop any water that could have spilled inside. This is to prevent water damage and future inconveniences. This same service is provided after each balcony is washed.

Patio

The same chemical solutions for our detailed brick cleaning are also used for our concrete patio pressure washing. We sometimes apply a second layer of chemical solutions, if necessary, to ensure that each patio is clean and ready to be turned over.

Siding

Due to the sensitivity of the siding, we provide a soft wash to all the siding around the building. We use a pressure washing solution to remove all stains found.

Garage Floor

For interior garage cleaning, we use a different method of pressure washing. Instead of our wands, we rely on our rotary machine. This is the most reliable method of garage floor cleaning because it minimizes the water that is splashed against the interior walls of the garage, preventing water damage and other inconveniences.

Timeline

Our timeline always depends on the client's demands. R&C Master Cleaning Services is a flexible company that will make sure all demands are met, on time.

We normally ask to call 2-3 days before services are needed, however, we understand that plans shift and change. We also provide a final touch-up cleaning before any building needs to be turned over. This way, we make sure all expectations are met.
